Diet is easy. Details can be found in books on the "Atkins Diet" in any bookstore and some libraries. Also check out www.thinner.com - one of many sites with details on high protein diets.
Basically you eat all the meat, fish, & eggs you want. No sugar. No bread. No pasta. Nothing made with flour. No rice. No grains of any kind. No potatoes. No high sugar fruit like oranges, pineapple, bananas, peaches, pears, etc. Limited vegetables. 10 grams of carbohydrates per meal - 30 grams per day - is the recommended total. (That's not much veggies) Strawberries are good, very low sugar. Of course you can eat lettuce and celery but who would want to? Very little nuts - high carbos- and stay away from "health foods" like trail mix or granola. Also stay away from any foods labeled "low fat". Manufacturers add more sugar to make up for the lack of taste.
Good luck and happy eating.
